Grown in the lush, high altitude region of San Adolfo in Huila, Colombia, this innovative coffee is the work of Brayan, a young, passionate producer with deep roots in the land and culture of Colombian coffee. Raised on his family’s farm in Acevedo, Brayan learned the art of coffee from a young age, absorbing knowledge passed down through generations. Today, he works alongside 60 other producers, many of them family, united by a shared goal: to elevate the quality and profile of Colombian coffee on a global stage.

This lot is a testament to that ambition. Using a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation process with the addition of local fruits, Brayan and the team at the Ancla processing facility craft a coffee that’s bursting with character and complexity. Expect a cup that opens with the sweetness of amaretto and ripe cherry, brightens with citric acidity, and finishes with warming notes of brown spice and licorice-anise
