This coffee scores 87.5 on the SCA rating and offers a truly beautiful coffee. Crisp, with medium- high citric acidity and medium-light body. This would make an amazing filter! Lots of fruity and floral notes, very jasminy when hot, more red and yellow flowers when cooled down. Also citrusy, lime and lemon mostly, with lingering refreshing finish.
